Privacy Policy

1. Responsible organization

The RX Decision Analytics LinkedIn integration is operated by Strategic Healthcare Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. This role is limited to the analytics integration and does not imply ownership of the RX Decision clinical software.

2. Information collected

With authorization from the LinkedIn account holder and subject to LinkedIn's permissions, we may process:

• Account identifiers and basic account information needed to identify the authorized account;
• Post identifiers, permalinks, publication dates, published content and related metadata;
• Aggregate post statistics, including impressions, reach, reaction counts, comment counts and reshare counts, where provided by LinkedIn;
• API access credentials and limited operational logs required to maintain and troubleshoot the connection.

This integration is not intended to collect patient records, private LinkedIn messages, or analytics from accounts that have not authorized access.

3. How information is used

Data is used to display publication performance in a private dashboard, compare results over time, inform editorial planning and maintain the authorized LinkedIn connection. We do not sell LinkedIn data or use it for employment, credit or healthcare decisions.

4. Sharing and security

Access is restricted to personnel authorized to operate the integration. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data and credentials. Necessary hosting and storage providers may process data on our behalf to operate this integration. We do not sell analytics or account information to third parties.

LinkedIn also processes data independently under its Privacy Policy.

5. Retention, revocation and requests

Data is retained as long as reasonably necessary for authorized reporting, integration maintenance and applicable obligations. Account holders may revoke the application's authorization in LinkedIn settings. This prevents future authorized collection but does not automatically delete previously stored information.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of information held by us, email support@zdaro.com. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

6. Policy changes

This notice may be updated when the integration or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of the page identifies the latest revision.
